 1. Where are you based?

Answer: We have technicians that cover the whole of Gauteng and Cape Town, but we can get to any city in South Africa upon planning with the customer. 

 

2. Which airconditioner brands do you service?

Answer: We service and repair all brands and all types of airconditioners.

 

3. Which airconditioner brands do you supply?

Answer: We supply Samsung, LG, Midea, Jet Air, Hisense, IQ, Dunham Bush, Fravega, Carrier, Alliance and Comfee. We offer very good parts warranties on the mentioned brands.

 

4. Which brands do you install?

Answer: We install all brands but we are only able to offer warranties on the brands that we supply.

 

5. What size of airconditioner fits in my room/office perectly?

Answer: 

Up to 18m^{2 ...............}  9,000 BTU

Up to 24m^{2................} 12,000 BTU

Up to 36m^{2................} 18,000 BTU

Up to 48m^{2................} 24,000 BTU

Up to 60m^{2................} 30,000 BTU

Up to 72m^{2................} 36,000 BTU

Up to 96m^{2................} 48,000 BTU

Up to 120m^{2.............} 60,000 BTU

 

6. Are your aircons heating and cooling?

Answer: Our airconditioners are heatpumps with both the heating and cooling functions.

 

7. My aircon is blowing warm air and not cooling or heating.

Answer: The airconditioner is due for service and regassing.

 

8. How often should I service my airconditioner?

Answer: For residential houses you can service your airconditioner once a year. Residential airconditioners are generally used fewer hours each day. An annual service can keep them operating effeciently and to detect problems before they become expensive repairs. For commercial offices we recommend servicing twice a year. Commercial office airconditioners run for many hours every day. They accumulate dirt much faster, experience more wear and tear, and any breakdown can disrupt business operations and inconvinience staff and customers.
